The new headquarters for Loda - a manufacturer of cleaning chemicals - facilitates production, packaging and shipping and the companies offices.
Instead of functional boxes that mark current industrial sites, we attempted to create a carefully imagined building which mirrors the character of the company. The choice to opt for a steel structure quickly become obvious due to the large spans, fine and elegant possibilities in details and cantilevered added floor.
The internal structure consists of trusses while one the outside, flat white panels are positioned horizontally. Additional attention was tended to finishing details, such as the thin joints between the panels by using T-profiles.
