The building elegantly makes the transition between the high urban buildings on Bredabaan and the rather village-like profile in Aerdenlei.
In this project, form and functionality go hand in hand. The entrance is organized around a patio with a water feature. This patio also provides ideal sunlight for all the apartments. The rooftop garden acts as a collective outdoor space.
For the architectural design language, reference is made to the architecture of the interwar period and the many modernist gems of Brasschaat.
