The building also forms an elegant transition between the taller urban fabric along the Bredabaan and the more village-like profile of the Aerdenlei.
In this project, form and functionality go hand in hand. Arrival is organised around a patio with a water feature, which also ensures ideal sunlight for all apartments. The roof garden on level 2 serves as a collective outdoor space.
The architectural language draws on the interwar period and the many modernist gems found in Brasschaat.
